Please read these terms carefully before using our services
Once you have registered for a FastOne Logistics account, it will be assumed that you have already read and accepted our terms and conditions. We kindly encourage customers to review our policies, at intervals, in order to remain up to date with any possible changes.
After creating an account with us, each customer will be given a US, CHINA and TURKEY mailing addresses along with a unique mailbox code to which packages can be sent at any time. When making a purchase, the complete mailing address has to be entered in order to prevent packages from being delivered to the wrong person. An incorrect mailing address may also attract a fee to have it modified to the correct address.
With Fastone, packages are transported five (5) times per week via air and two (2) times via sea from our Florida warehouse to Jamaica. From our China and Turkey addresses, packages are transported within 14 days via air and 6-8 weeks via sea. We advise that customers upload their invoices and/ or create a pre-alert packages within a timely manner. Depending on the time that your package(s) reaches Jamaica and clear customs, we usually do deliveries on the same day or within two (2) business days. We encourage customers to ensure that their items are properly packaged in order to prevent damage. Fastone will not assume responsibility for items that may become damaged outside of our care, such as when clearing customs or packages that may have arrived damaged from the company that you purchase from online. We will only assume liability for packages that may become damaged or missing while in our possession.
Once in Jamaica, packages are weighed and priced. Fastone prices packages according to their weight, dimension and/or the cost of the items inside the package. We provide a rate sheet on our website so that customers may obtain an estimate of the cost of their package(s) beforehand.
All packages must be collected within 90 days of arrival at our warehouse. If a package remains uncollected after 90 days, it will be considered abandoned and will become the property of FastOne Logistics. FastOne Logistics reserves the right to dispose of, resell, or otherwise handle abandoned packages at its discretion. No reimbursements, refunds, or compensation will be issued for packages that are abandoned or disposed of after the 90-day period.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for packages with a value over JMD $15,000.
For such packages, full payment must be made via bank transfer prior to pickup or delivery.
Packages over JMD $15,000 will only be released once verified payment confirmation has been received by FastOne Logistics.
